Overview

The LDC-E type electronic current transformers are primarily used for current measurement and protection in Ring Main Units (RMUs). This transformer outputs a voltage signal on the secondary side. Since the output is a low-level signal, no secondary conversion is needed, allowing direct connection to secondary equipment. It complies with the State Grid’s primary-secondary integration technical specifications for distribution equipment.

Principle and Features

• This product is based on the      low-power small iron core principle, with an output signal in the form of      voltage volume, which is proportional to the primary current.

• No magnetic saturation occurs      within the entire measurement range, ensuring linear output      characteristics. The small iron core structure allows for high-accuracy      measurement levels.

• The phase-sequence current      transformers integrate protection, metering, and measurement into a single      device.

• No high voltage is generated when      the secondary circuit is open, ensuring safety for operation personnel and      equipment.

• The secondary signal is output      through a double-shielded cable.
